The ACL Music Festival returns to Zilker Park in Austin from October 1 to 3 and October 8 to 10.
After a year of closure, live music is back, and so are festivals.
On May 20, the Austin City Limits Music Festival unveiled its Team of the Year 2021, a mix of classic cars and newcomers topping the list. This year's festival, which takes place from October 1 to 3 and 8 to 10 at Zilker Park in Austin, will be run by George Strait, Billie Eilish, Steve Nicks, Miley Cyrus, Dababy, Erika Badoo and Rufus do Sol. All seven acts are scheduled for the festival weekend.
Both Strait and Cyrus appear to have been hit hard on the holiday route this year. This week, King George was announced as the main title for the Houston Rodeo, while Cyrus was named the main title Lollapalooza.
Megan Thai Stallion is also slated to appear, which will debut because she didn't make an appearance in 2019 (Megan later claimed she missed her due date).

Dougga Cat, Machine Gun Kelly, Black Pumas, Greta Van Fleet, Modest Mouse, Phoebe Bridgers, Jack Harlow, Band of Horses, John Bardy, Bleachers are also among the dozen works destined for Austin this year. Read the full collection here.
In addition to eight stages, the ACL boasts 35 local groceries, multiple bars, branded art and home decor vendors, Austin Kiddie Borders, and free water stations throughout the park.
ACL Music Festival tickets are available starting at noon and cost $ 225 for a three-day general pass or $ 550 for a General Pass Plus. Also available is the $ 1,300 VIP Badge and $ 3,800 Platinum Ticket, which includes golf cart transportation.
Unlike the organizers at Lollapalooza who announced that proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is needed, there is still no word on the COVID-19 protocols (if any) being implemented by ACL Music Fest.
